No, all levels of experience are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, our retreat offers a supportive environment for personal growth and exploration.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation sessions, a yoga mat, any personal items you may need, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, meditation cushions or anything else that would make you comfortable during sound healing sessions. Blankets and pillows will be provided.

Yes, participants are welcome to bring their own tents or Sprinter size sleeping vehicles for accommodation. Please ensure that you have everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay.

Transportation to the retreat is not provided, but we can arrange a shuttle or help connect participants for ride-share options upon request.

Yes, participants will have the opportunity to interact with the mustangs. Details about interacting with the horses will be provided at a brief orientation session.

Yes, participants are welcome to pick and choose which events to attend. If you prefer to simply soak in the energy of the retreat and meditate on the land or walk the meditation trail, you're welcome to do so.

Yes, individuals not attending the full retreat can attend the WAH! concert, but space is limited. Please note that this will be a unique and personal experience, and priority will be given to retreat participants.
